Our team of professionals are here to make sure every client is comfortable and receives the utmost in Spa and Salon services.

Gift Certificates
Gift cards/certificates can be purchased at Spago in your choice of amount and are re-fillable. Gift certificates are non-refundable and can be used for store credit only. A client must present her or his gift certificate at time of arrival.

Gratuities
A gratuity, or amount of gratuity, is solely left to the client's discretion. All gratuities are handled through the Spa Coordinator. He or she will ensure that the proper amount is
received by your service provider(s). You may add any amount in cash, check or charge at the time of check out.

Unique Services
Please ask the Spa Coordinator if there are things you need to know or prepare for before your scheduled spa service(s). Please read the service descriptions carefully for added information.

Health Issues
Please advise us of any illness, injury or change in your health status prior to treatment(s) so as to ensure optimal programming of your needs and to be sure our services do not,
in any way, interfere with your medical treatment. Please include this information on the client information form. Our concern is for the well being of all our clients.

Children at the Spa
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
